SRINAGAR, OCT 7: The chairman of the Save Sharda Committee on Wednesday met Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and discussed measures to promote tourism in the Union Territory.
The meeting focused on strengthening tourism-related initiatives and exploring opportunities to further highlight Jammu and Kashmir’s cultural, spiritual and heritage attractions.
The committee chairman also discussed ways to encourage greater visitor participation and promote lesser-known destinations, with an emphasis on preserving the region’s rich heritage.
