195EARTH NEWS SERVICE  Rajouri, Dec 20 |15: JKPCC Chief Ghulam Ahmed Mir exhorted workers of Congress to strengthen the party in Urban Local Bodies elections. Mir alongwith senior leaders of the party addressed a meeting of workers and prominent citizens of Rajouri after return from Darhal later at Dak Banglow Rajouri and took stock of the organizational activities and preparations for the forth coming Urban Local Bodies elections in the state. Addressing in the meeting Mir said that both PDP & BJP hoodwinked the people during their elections campaign on their respective agenda and ideology and with the promise to check the rise of each other. Howover, after the results were over they kept aside their agenda and promises with the people and entered into the alliance for power as per preplanned tactical understanding. Mir said present coalition is responsible for vitiating the overall atmosphere of peace and harmony in the state. He appealed the people to reject the opportunist and divisive forces and strengthen Congress party in the coming Urban Local Bodies elections as a perfect reply to the wrong policies of the present coalition. Senior Vice President Sham Lal Sharma, Ex-MLC Ravinder Sharma-Chief Spokesperson PCC; Rajnesh Sharma-CoTreasurer PCC; former Minister Shabir Ahmed Khan General Secretary PCC; Iqbal Malik, Parnav Shagotra-President PYC; President DCC Rajouri Sain Abdul Rasheed, Choudhary Abdul Gani, Lovely Gupta, Lalit Mahajan, Iqbal Shawal, Sajad Tariq, Kushal Bali, Masood Choudhary, Shafeeq Mir, Shakeel Mir, Badri Nath, Sushil Sharma, Manju Sharma, Mushtaq Ahmed, Puspinder Gupta, Rajinder Babu, Subash Sharma, Ashwani Sharma, Ricky Dalotra were the prominent in the meeting.
