RAJOURI, SEPTEMBER 18: Jammu and Kashmir Police have arrested three Over Ground Workers (OGWs) allegedly linked to the Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) and accused of facilitating the movement of terrorists across the Rajouri-Reasi-Shopian belt, officials said.
According to police, the accused were allegedly involved in providing logistical support and assisting terrorists in moving between different areas of Jammu and Kashmir.
Investigators said the trio allegedly operated as part of a wider support network for terrorists and helped facilitate their movement through the Rajouri, Reasi and Shopian areas.
Police said the arrests are part of ongoing efforts to dismantle the terror-support infrastructure operating in the region. Further investigation is underway to identify additional associates, establish the network's links and determine the full extent of the accused persons' activities.
Authorities are also examining whether the arrested individuals were involved in providing shelter, transportation, communication or other forms of assistance to terrorists.
The investigation remains in progress, and further details are expected as police continue to probe the alleged terror-support network.
