New Delhi, September 13: Police detained more than 30 members of the Tibetan Youth Congress during a protest near Bharat Mandapam in the national capital on Sunday, according to police sources.
The protesters were reportedly demonstrating against the participation of a Chinese delegation in the ongoing BRICS Summit in New Delhi.
