Srinagar, Aug 9 : Police searched multiple locations in the Sopore area of Baramulla district on Sunday as part of an investigation into a terror case, officials said.
The searches — part of an investigation into a UAPA case registered by Sopore police — were conducted in more than 20 residential houses linked to individuals associated with the banned Jamaat-e-Islami.
