LEH: Lieutenant Governor Brigadier (Dr) BD Mishra on Monday extended Navroz greetings to the residents of Ladakh union territory.
“I extend my Navroz greetings to all today. It signifies a time of spiritual upgradation & optimism,” said LG Mishra in a message of greetings.
