Jammu And Kashmir | Sudhir Kumar Jha Appointed as Executive Magistrate

JAMMU: Sudhir Kumar Jha, currently serving as the Principal Private Secretary at the Central Administrative Tribunal’s Srinagar Bench, has been appointed as an Executive Magistrate. In his new role, Jha will wield all the statutory powers of an Executive Magistrate within his designated territorial jurisdiction.
