Jammu; The Director General of Police J&K Shri Dilbag Singh greeted Police Pariwar and people of Jammu and Kashmir on the commencement of the holy month of Ramzan.
In his message, DGP said that the holy month of Ramzan is a period dedicated to fasting, service and prayers besides teaches us the value of patience, self-restraint besides promote feelings of compassion and respect for others. He hoped that this auspicious period would be a harbinger of peace, amity, communal harmony, brotherhood and will bring progress and prosperity in Jammu and Kashmir.
He also prayed for the well-being of the people of the UT.
