Srinagar, August 17: Militants on Friday afternoon lobbed a grenade towards goverment forces in Awantipora area of Pulwama district.
Reports reaching THE EARTH NEWS said that militants lobbed a grenade on forces however it missed the intended target and exploded in market resulting splinter injuries to a civilian. He was rushed to the nearby hospital for specialised treatment. Meanwhile whole area has been cordoned off to nab the attackers.
